Our founding
In 2018, after assuming responsibility for his wife's family Cancun vacation home, our founder Alexandre J. struggled to find a property manager capable of providing quality care and a satisfying financial return.

With a background in analytics and entrepreneurship, Alexandre saw an opportunity—and envisioned a vacation rental management company that would focus on caring for homes and guests, while maximizing revenue.

He founded We Concierge and began to fill a clear gap in the fragmented vacation rental industry in Cancun. Second homeowners responded with enthusiasm.

Today, we’re a middle-size exclusive full-service vacation rental management company in Cancun. We have big plans for the future, but our focus remains the same: to make the vacation rental experience seamless and worry-free, this is why we only accept a few new properties per year.
